Meet Bryan Post

Bryan Post is one of the leading voices in trauma-informed care, specializing in supporting children who face challenging behaviors due to past trauma. Through his work, he has helped thousands of families worldwide understand and respond to their children’s needs in a way that fosters connection, healing, and growth.

With a background in psychology and social work, Bryan founded The Post Institute, an organization devoted to guiding parents and caregivers in trauma-sensitive approaches to parenting. His work through the Institute has influenced countless families, educators, and therapists, providing them with tools and insights to navigate the complexities of parenting children who struggle with emotional and behavioral challenges.

The Leaf Company Legacy

In addition to the Post Institute, Bryan is also a founding member of The Leaf Company, an organization that further expands on his vision of supporting children and families in California through innovative, trauma-informed methodologies. At Fear to Love, we draw from Bryan’s extensive work and the powerful resources developed within these organizations to bring you the tools you need to support your family.

We have developed an Adoption Wraparound Service, with a love-based unique methodology. This is an intense trauma-responsive educational program for adoptive parents on how to better understand and care for their adopted child

The Post Institute

The Post Institute was founded in 1999 by Bryan Post and Kristi Saul. The Post Institute
has published over 100 books, DVD’s, CD’s, MP3’s, Webinar’s, and articles on the topic of parenting children who have experienced pre-birth and early life trauma
